At Arrow Sewing, we believe in giving back! Every year, we donate 10% of our profits to local and national charities! We are driven to serve our customers – but also our communities. We are committed to staying active, and devoting time and resources to help our neighbors.
Employee Donation Match
At year-end, Arrow Sewing matches the charitable donations of each employee, up to $500, to support charities and initiatives important to our team. Additionally, all Arrow Sewing employees can choose one charity to receive $100 on behalf of Arrow Sewing (with an emphasis on supporting local SE Wisconsin causes).
Paid Time Off To Volunteer In Community
Arrow Sewing believes in staying involved! Each year, all employees receive a (1) full paid day off to volunteer in their communities. We are committed to staying active in our communities, and will always dedicate resources to charities and initiatives aimed at making the world a better place!
